Hey Reader, I’ve noticed how much moms rely on both internal and external guidance. Inside, there are two voices. One says: The other says: Outside there’s a different pressure. So you push and you try to organize. You try to outrun the chaos like you’re in a marathon. Meanwhile, your body is asking for rest. Sleep. And here’s the uncomfortable part: You've mastered productivity, but not presence. You are managing calendars, routines and systems though you could be ignoring the inside the beliefs, emotions and nervous system that keep you stuck in achieving your wildest dreams. If you only work on the inside you could never change the structure of your day and stay overwhelmed. And then to top it off your kids are watching both. They are learning:
You don’t need to be perfect at either. But you do need to notice: Your assignment today: If you get 10 extra minutes today ask yourself....what do you want to do with that time?
