Hey Reader, This week I felt my body fuming. Not tired. So Angry. Honestly I almost brushed it off. Because moms are allowed to say we’re exhausted. Still, it shows up. Your kid won’t eat after the doctor says they need to gain weight. They can’t help it. You just want one day to go smoothly. Instead everything feels like it’s pushing back...your kids, your schedule, the world. So what do you do with that anger? Ignore it? Because let’s be honest that doesn’t work. It just leaks out later as snapping, resentment, or burnout. Anger isn’t a flaw. It’s your nervous system saying: something needs attention. Click REPLY and let me know how you know you are experiencing anger! Michelle K - Your Mindset Mom Coach |

Yoga.Breathing.Journaling. And still… low energy. Still off. So I assumed: something must be wrong with me. But there wasn’t. What...
Hey Reader, This week I noticed something different in my body. Relief. Not because everything was perfect. Not because I checked every box. But because I paused long enough to look back. If you’ve been in my spaces, you know I love to plan. Not just to be productive but because planning lets me dream. It connects me to a version of myself that believes things are possible. Every 3 months I review my goals and reset for the next quarter. This week, I did that. April is around the corner. What...
Hey Reader Working moms carry a constant stream of thoughts. Schedules.School forms.Work deadlines.Doctor appointments.Dinner.Laundry.Snacks. Your brain runs all day long. But here is the uncomfortable question: Who actually hears you? Most moms are the listener. You listen to your kid.You listen to everyone at work. You listen to your family. But when is someone listening to you? This week I met with my coach. Like usual, the first five minutes looked like pure rambling. Half-finished...
