Anger Is Mom Information

Hey Reader,

This week I felt my body fuming.

Not tired.
Not overwhelmed.

So Angry.

Honestly I almost brushed it off.

Because moms are allowed to say we’re exhausted.
But anger feels unacceptable.

Still, it shows up.

Your kid won’t eat after the doctor says they need to gain weight.
Your 10-year old lies right to your face.
The baby is up all night in a random regression.

They can’t help it.
But that doesn’t mean you don’t feel rage bubbling under your skin.

You just want one day to go smoothly.
One day where things go right.

Instead everything feels like it’s pushing back...your kids, your schedule, the world.

So what do you do with that anger?

Ignore it?
Call it “patience”?
Shove it down and keep going?

Because let’s be honest that doesn’t work. It just leaks out later as snapping, resentment, or burnout.

Anger isn’t a flaw.
It’s mom information.

It’s your nervous system saying: something needs attention.

Mom Connection

Hey Reader I almost didn’t notice it. A full month went by… and I hadn’t had real social interaction. Then I watched my kids at an Easter egg hunt. They were smiling. I was smiling. And something clicked. I haven’t been lacking discipline.I haven’t been doing anything wrong. I’ve just been harder on myself than necessary. Because I kept trying to “fix” the feeling. Yoga.Breathing.Journaling. And still… low energy. Still off. So I assumed: something must be wrong with me. But there wasn’t. What...

Mom Goals Accomplished

Hey Reader, This week I noticed something different in my body. Relief. Not because everything was perfect. Not because I checked every box. But because I paused long enough to look back. If you’ve been in my spaces, you know I love to plan. Not just to be productive but because planning lets me dream. It connects me to a version of myself that believes things are possible. Every 3 months I review my goals and reset for the next quarter. This week, I did that. April is around the corner. What...

Mom Thoughts

Hey Reader Working moms carry a constant stream of thoughts. Schedules.School forms.Work deadlines.Doctor appointments.Dinner.Laundry.Snacks. Your brain runs all day long. But here is the uncomfortable question: Who actually hears you? Most moms are the listener. You listen to your kid.You listen to everyone at work. You listen to your family. But when is someone listening to you? This week I met with my coach. Like usual, the first five minutes looked like pure rambling. Half-finished...
