Spring Break Focus? Yeah, Right.😩

Hey Reader

I just took my kids back to school after spring break. I got absolutely no work done! My mistake for trying to work during spring break. 😩

Trying to focus on spring break is like trying to drink hot coffee with kids around—nearly impossible.

One minute you’re answering emails, the next you’re cleaning up a mysterious spill. It’s no wonder your brain feels like a browser with 57 tabs open!

But here’s the thing: focus isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming back to what matters...YOU, even after distractions.

Take time in the morning or after dropping off the kids to sip your favorite beverage in silence. You deserve it!

I had two choices: crawl back into bed and pray for 30 more minutes of sleep… or sneak in a workout before the house exploded with noise and needs. This summer has been crazy with snack demands! I chose the workout but I wanted to be close to my baby. So it was in my 8-year-old’s bedroom. Because of course she doesn't want to sleep in her own bed. #momlife It wasn’t...
